Technology and digital image capture has solved the Banking industry’s image delivery and storage problem and while the number of months of images available on line and image retrieval tools varies from institution to institution – the systems were generally designed with the “non business account” customer in mind – with some institutions providing 6 months or less of no cost access to images.

Our servers maintain on line access to over 3 years of images with off line access to a full 7 years. Our programs are robust and were designed to allow customers to retrieve hundreds of image at a time via Email, FTP or the Internet at little or no cost – 24 hrs a day 7 days a week!

Regulatory compliance with AML/BSA/SAR requires a Company to have internal review procedures for and reporting of suspicious activities – to comply with these regulations, images must be reviewed, the review documented and documentation retained for 5 years.
